Merry Christmas Eve!!

Hope everyone is having a joyful Christmas season. We are anticipating the arrival of my parents and my aunt, uncle, and cousin from Etna this afternoon. Meanwhile, most of the prepatory work is done -- the house is clean, the groceries are purchased. The only thing I have to do today is some last minute grocery shopping for items that I wanted to be absolutely as fresh as possible. I am going to Costco to pick up some muffins and an apple pie (I seem to have come down with a cold, so I am not going to attempt to make one myself). Then to Raley's to pick up our prime rib, dinner rolls and vegetables for the salad. Yum!!
