Subwoofer update: We got home from work this evening, and guess what -- no subwoofer!!! ARRRRGGGGGG!!!! It worked for a few days, then nothing. This makes absolutely no sense. I hate to think that we have to keep on plugging and unplugging it to make it work. So, its back to square one. We'll take the sub into Best Buy this weekend, and start the process. ***sigh***

I have been following your story all this time. I can't beleive the new stuff isn't working....Might be time to just throw in the towel and buy a BOSE system. We have one and we absolutey love it! It isn't cheap by any means, but will last a lifetime! I don't know that I could handle all your back and forth with BB. Good luck on your new quest!
